Beta Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi, Inc.

The purpose of this corporation shall be to provide for an enjoyable and safe atmosphere for its undergraduate and alumni members, and in furtherance thereof, to promote and foster the fraternity principles and ideals of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, and to purchase, take, receive, lease, take by gift, grant assignment, transfer, devise or bequests, or otherwise acquire and hold real and personal property for a chapter house or lodge and furnishings therein for the Beta Alpha Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, located at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. No part of its net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder.
